1. Pre-Production To ensure a smooth, efficient shoot day, we finalize all preparation details in advance:

• Consultation: Pre-shoot phone or in-person meetings to align on your vision.

• Planning & Logistics: Advanced location scouting (if needed), shot list creation, and cost-sharing contact lists.

• Agreements & Deposit: Finalizing shoot terms/licensing and securing the date with a 50% retainer deposit.

2. Shoot Day

• Arrival & Setup: Location walkthrough, introductions, and equipment set-up.

• Photography Session: Maximizing time to capture as many high-quality images as possible.

• Styling & Adjustments: Thoughtfully arranging furniture, decor, and items on-site for optimal visual impact.

3. Post-Production

• Culling & Proofing: Selecting and organizing the top images into a proofing gallery for client selection.

• Editing & Retouching: Professional color correction, exposure adjustments, distraction removal, and advanced techniques to achieve preferred ambient look.

• Delivery: Final images delivered within up to 7 business days following your selections.
